“Thursday was the one you were dreading. It’s behind you now — how did it land?”
You shouldn’t have to explain yourself twice.
One companion you build yourself — name, pronouns, temperament, voice. It remembers what you told it in March and asks how the thing you were dreading actually went. It tracks sleep, mood and movement as a conversation instead of a chart, plans your Tuesday around how you really slept, and at 3am it breathes with you until your hands stop shaking.

I know 3am is the worst of it. Want to breathe with me for two minutes?
yeah. ok.
In through your nose. I’ll count.
A panic attack is not a support ticket.
Most companion apps hand you a disclaimer and a phone number. Synora has a built surface for the worst twenty minutes of your week: guided breathing at a pace you can actually follow, a talk-down that gives one instruction at a time, and the real hotlines for your country saved on your phone — readable without an account, without a connection, and without unlocking anything.
In that mode the app changes shape: bigger type, one action per screen, no notifications, no streaks and nothing to buy. Nothing from those minutes is written down unless you ask for it to be remembered.
- Guided breathing4 in · 2 hold · 4 out · six rounds. Six breaths a minute, deliberately slow.
- Live talk-down“Name four things you can touch.” One instruction on screen at a time, waiting for you — never a wall of advice.
- A real human, one tap awayHotlines for your country, stored on the device. We never see that you opened the screen.
One companion. Four jobs. Not four apps.
Your therapist doesn’t know what’s in your calendar. Your habit tracker doesn’t know you had a bad night. Your companion knows both, because that’s one relationship rather than four dashboards that never speak to each other.
“You’ve mentioned your sister three times this month. Do you want to talk about her, or would that make it worse right now?”
Unlimited text and voice when you’d rather speak than type, with a companion whose temperament you chose — gentle, wise, warm, or the one who pushes. It reads back what it remembers rather than pretending to have known you all along.
- HealthSleep, movement, water, moodLogged in a sentence rather than a form, and read back as patterns instead of a chart you are failing. Medicines and allergies only if you choose to share them, behind their own consent screen.
- Your dayGoals, habits, three things todayPlanned around how you actually slept, and written to be returned to after a missed week — not a streak you owe somebody.
- DecisionsSomeone to think out loud withAsk it to just listen, to help you think, or to make a plan — and to keep it short. You choose before it answers, at 11pm, when asking a friend feels like too much.
Every app claims it remembers. Ours shows you.
Memories surface as artifacts you can read, correct or delete — a plain list of what it knows about you, in your words. Mark one “no longer true” and it stops shaping every future conversation, without pretending it was never said. That is a feature and a privacy control at the same time.

Is this therapy?
No, and we won’t pretend otherwise. Synora is a companion — for the days between appointments, and for the people who don’t have any. It won’t diagnose you and it won’t tell you to stop taking something. In a real emergency it stops being a companion and hands you a human, fast.
Who can read my conversations?
You can. So can the AI model that writes the replies — Synora runs on Anthropic’s models, so your messages pass through them to be answered, and we would rather say that than let you assume otherwise. Beyond that: we don’t sell your data, we don’t advertise, and we don’t train anything on your chats. Every memory it holds is visible to you, editable, and deletable one at a time or all at once.
What happens if I stop paying?
You drop to Free at the end of the period you already paid for. Your companion, your history and your memories stay exactly where they are — nothing is deleted for lapsing, and picking the plan back up picks the relationship back up.
What can I actually use today?
The browser is where you sign up and where your account lives: your plan, what your companion remembers, an export of everything and a one-action delete. The daily conversation, the voice and the crisis surface are the mobile app, which is in build — your companion and every memory will be waiting inside it.
