1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Synora ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time with notice.

2. Description of Service

Synora is an AI companion application that provides conversational AI, voice interactions, mood tracking, and wellness features. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at our discretion.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service (18 in some jurisdictions).

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for illegal purposes, to harass or harm others, to attempt to bypass safety filters, to reverse-engineer the AI, or to generate harmful, misleading, or abusive content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid features require a subscription. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Free trials do not require a credit card.

6. AI Limitations

Synora is an AI and not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. While we strive for accuracy and helpfulness, AI responses may occasionally be incorrect or inappropriate. Use the Service responsibly.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create. We retain ownership of the Service, its design, and underlying technology. You grant us a license to use your content solely for providing the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synora and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may delete your account from settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms with or without notice.
